What exactly is a FixedLending loan?
A FixedLending loan is a short-term, asset-based loan that provides funding for acquisition and repairs on investment properties. These loans are funded by private capital.
What are the advantages of using a FixedLending loan?
We do not shop our loans and we work dircetly alongside our borrowers locally here in Oklahoma. This allows us to be fast, flexible, and creative to get deals done when it matters most.
What and where does FixedLending lend?
We are 100% local and lend in our great state of Oklahoma. We lend on residential but would be happy to look at other asset classes on a deal by deal basis.
How long of a period is the loan?
We offer short term 6 month interest only loans. Extensions are available and terms are discussed on a deal by deal basis according to the project and needs.
