Before you get started, watch this quick tutorial. It will walk you through how to fill out your scope of work for the draw request. All requested draws must be notated on the original scope of work you provided with your application. If you need to make changes to your scope of work, please notate those, as well. Once complete, you’ll upload with the rest of your request below.

Receipts must total greater than or equal to the requested draw amount. Remember: Pre-purchased materials that have not been used can account for no more than 25% of your requested draw amount. If you are unable to upload all of your documents here, please send up an email with your remaining documents. The draw process will not begin until we receive sufficient documents for the requested draw.
Provide a download link for your video inspection. Draws will not be considered without a video inspection. Incomplete video inspections will not be accepted. Videos must meet these requirements: One, single, continual video with no stops or edits. The video must start with the Borrower on the curb walking into the house and show the entire front elevation of the house. The video must include a readable shot of the house number. The video must include full narration specifying the work completed while proof of the work completed is being shown on camera
